Ekatech Automation AB Robot Nailer 4017

Semi-automated nailing robot for production of complete pallets in one step.
Based on ABB's industrial robot type 6720.

Function:
Blocks and leg boards are placed manually on the turn table. The table turns into the robot cell and the robot nails the parts together automatically. During the automatic robot nailing and stacking, the operator place new material on the other side of the turn table which makes a continues flow of pallet nailing.
The robot tool can nail up to four nails simultaneously and carries up to 4000 nails in jumbo coils.
New pallet types are easily add and saved through the touch operator panel without limit.

The robot cell can be equipped with additional machinery for leg making, corner cutting, drilling and routing
