Geometric alignment of all axes by grinding the table and scraping the
guides
Replacement of bearings
Inspection of the headstock for the workpiece
Inspection of the headstock for the grinding wheel
Inspection of the electrical system (conversion from thermal fuses to new
circuit breakers)
Installation of a central emergency stop button in the control panel
Installation of work area lighting
Cleaning of the machine
Replacement of the guide covers
Installation of a digital axis display for the X-axis
Overhaul of the cooling system
Honing and replacement of seals in the cylinder
Repair of the valve block
