General description
The Italforni Euro Classic EC9-I professional electric pizza oven features a 930 x 930 x 170 mm chamber that can bake up to 9 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm simultaneously or accommodate 2 trays of 600 x 400 mm. It reaches 450 °C and benefits from independent electronic digital regulation for the dome and the hearth.

Its chamber is entirely made of high-density refractory material: dome, hearth, side walls, and bottom. This design promotes insulation, thermal homogeneity, and temperature recovery, as advertised for this model.
